“Don’t Wash Hands – Save Water!” Says Cal. Gov.

I saw it somewhere on the internet today that California Governor Jerry Brown will soon ask the residents of Los Angeles and San Francisco to stop washing their hands after using the restroom to save water.  The Governor plans to announce his assurances to state residents that such an effort by the people in those cities will help to alleviate the severe drought conditions which currently exist in much of the state.
